Requirements for candidates
  • Anyone member position experience or current members of AIESEC in Tyumen is able to apply for the position “Vice-President”

  • Study the information:
    • AIESEC essence & History
    • AIESEC 2030
    • National and Local Compendium
    • MXP product
EB responsibilities
  • Working on department strategy creation & implementation;
  • Department management;
  • Enabling the goal achievement of LC Tyumen;
  • Work with team leaders and managers, both on functional and personal development;
  • Participation in all EB, LC and national meetings;
  • Work in commission (team of VPs of particular department from all LCs led by MCVP);
  • Communicate with other LCs in AIESEC in Russia and other entities;
  • Filling in tools, reports and surveys;
  • Participation in recruitment process;
  • Receiving transition from EB 26.27 and preparing transition for EB 28.29;
  • Facilitation at Local Conferences and other touchpoints;
  • Attending ALL National Conferences;
  • Being present at Tyumen, apart from National Conferences, national holidays and
  • 1 week vacation (twice a term).
